Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All RTS items will be processed and sent out within 3 business days of ordering. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. If you still don’t have an update after 10 business days from product saying shipped please contact us at judeanddahlia@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will help you out. 

if you need to change your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible and if your order has not been shipped yet we can change it. 

Returns&Exchanges

We allow returns up to 5 days after receiving item. It must be in original condition for a full refund. 

For exchanges please message within 5 days of receiving the product and we can exchange sizing if new sizing is available. If desired new size is unavailable we offer a full refund if the item is returned in original condition. 

If the product ever arrives damaged please message us at judeanddahlia@gmail.com with pictures and we will help determine best course of action depending on issues. 

Sale

All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 24 hours as long as items have not been shipped yet. Preorder items we do not allow cancellations once the preorder closes but we can exchange sizes as long as the desired size is available.
